Only the Best
At Provaré Technology, we hire only the best of the best engineers. We then apply our combined talents to our customers' difficult
quality and productivity problems using a true project-based approach.
Growing as a Team
We are a small company and all of our engagements are project-based, so we work together on projects as a close-knit team.
This gives our younger staff many opportunities to learn from
our founders and more experienced consultants, but also allows them opportunities to stretch their minds and talents as far as they
are prepared to go. We place a very high emphasis on training and continuous growth, not only of our company, but indeed of all
of our employee-owners. We are all always learning & growing as well as teaching & coaching.
Diversity That Matters
Because we offer our services to engineering and development teams in all vertical markets, we hire engineers from any discipline or
background, both with and without MBA degrees. We thrive on the synergy of skills, experience, and viewpoints that result.
This diverse environment offers our employee-owners exposure to many areas of technology and business, making comfortable boredom and
career stagnation near impossibilities.
Pride of Ownership
Provaré Technology is 100% employee-owned. We have no venture capital investors, no dilution, and we never have to bow to the whims
of the market. We take great pride in our ownership and value the opportunity to build a company and capability that extends
far beyond ourselves in both time and scope. We are headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, with partners and customers all over
North America and in a huge diversity of vertical markets.
Are you ready for this?
If you’re interested in working with Provaré – where you will be challenged, valued, respected, and rewarded – please send your resume to:
Our ideal candidate has the following qualities:
You must be an outstanding engineer. A degree in engineering, a high GPA, and outstanding accomplishments to date are a must.
(We also work with cooperative engineering departments, so if you are still a student, check with your coop advisor).
You must love what we do and want to do it as a career. We have our niche and we intend to stay with it.
If you aspire to be a developer, you need to work at a company that does development.
Of course, as we grow, there will always be growth opportunities within the company.
If you want to manage a project or a team or try your hand at Marketing or Sales, you’ll get your chance at Provaré.
You need to be flexible. If you can wear hats stacked to the ceiling, quickly switch from one task to another,
and find a way to make lemonade out of lemons, you’ll love it at Provaré.
Provaré is an employee-owned company.
We issue company stock (not options) as part of your compensation, so if you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to
own part of the company that you’re helping to build, you’ll find that Provaré is one of your very few alternatives.
We’re looking for long-term employees who want careers, not jobs. Mercenaries need not apply.
Yet we don’t rule out part-time employment as so many high-tech companies do.
For example, if you are a mother with young children and want to work less than full time, we may be able to find a position for you.
All of our employees have frequent customer interaction and many work on our customers’ premises.
You must be able to get along well with others and you must be able to serve your customers not just competently, but gladly.
We at Provaré are truly a team. We love working together. If you’re into complaining, corporate politics, in-fighting,
or hoarding knowledge, work somewhere else. We help each other, we teach each other, and we share knowledge.
At Provaré, the whole is much more than the sum of its parts.
Of course, any and all experience you many have in any of our service areas is great.
But be forewarned, if you don’t meet the above requirements, we won’t hire you for the keywords on your resume.
